The four scientific and technological achievements were successfully passed, and were unanimously recognized and praised by experts. The fumed silica vacuum insulation panel is a block core material obtained by dry pressing of nano-scale fumed silica, fibers, sunscreens and other powders, and then encapsulated by a high barrier film in a vacuum state to obtain a thermal insulation material with ultra-low thermal conductivity. Its thermal conductivity can be as low as 0.0045W/(m·K), and it has Class A fire resistance
Tempered vacuum glass uses low melting point solder to seal the two pieces of glass around, and seals the vacuum exhaust hole with a sealing sheet. The heat transfer coefficient of single vacuum glass is ≤0.5W/(㎡·K), and it has the characteristics of thin cavity thickness, good sound insulation and long service life.
The unitized vacuum thermal insulation wall is composed of facing layer, base plate, light steel keel, filling material, vacuum thermal insulation board sandwich layer and thermal bridge connector, etc. The heat transfer coefficient is less than or equal to 0.15W/(㎡·K). It has the characteristics of light weight, good sound insulation performance, Class A fire protection, integrated structural insulation and decoration.
The metal surface vacuum insulation curtain wall panel is composed of metal surface, vacuum insulation composite insulation layer and thermal insulation bridge profiles, etc. The heat transfer coefficient is less than or equal to 0.15W/(㎡·K). and other characteristics, in line with the development direction of construction industrialization.
