Prefabricated Building Envelope Protection System

Due to the ultra-high thermal insulation performance of the vacuum insulation panel, the heat transfer coefficient of the building structure is lower than 0.15W/(㎡·K), which meets the requirements of passive ultra-low energy consumption building standards.
Vacuum Glass Door and Window Curtain Wall System
The vacuum glass is applied to the door, window and curtain wall system. The standard configuration is 5T+15A+5TL+0.2V+5T vacuum glass, and the glass thickness is only 30mm; its thermal insulation performance is greatly improved compared with the common insulating glass, and the heat transfer coefficient of the glass itself can reach 0.5W/( ㎡.K), the overall heat transfer coefficient of the system is lower than 1.0W/ (㎡.K), the thermal insulation performance is 2-4 times that of the traditional structure, and the overall energy consumption of the building is effectively reduced by 5% (upgrades 65 energy-saving buildings to 70 energy-saving buildings), contributing 20% to building energy-saving. At the same time, it has higher sound insulation, and the weighted sound insulation is more than 40dB. Users with building shading and production capacity requirements can choose built-in louver vacuum glass or photovoltaic vacuum glass.
